It seemed understaffed. We rang the bell 3x before anyone came for check in and nobody came for check out. The baseboards need a dusting and all of the door handles and edges of doors have not been properly cleaned in a long time. No AC but we opened the window fine. The beds could have been put together for us. The step into the bathroom should not have a board sticking up. Get a carpenter to fix that. The breakfast was good. Overall the place just needed a good high touch area scrub.

Det Àr ett trevligt hotell och rummet hade bra storlek. Vi tycker om nÀr det finns stolar sÄ att man inte mÄste sitta i sÀngen. DÀremot saknade vi en vattenkokare med nÄgra tepÄsar och kaffepulver. Det finns pÄ de flesta hotell vi bor pÄ idag. SÀrskilt som vi inte heller sÄg att det fanns att tillgÄ i receptionen, det inte Àr bemannat dygnet runt etc. Vi missade ocksÄ att man behöver hÀnga ut den gröna skylten för att fÄ stÀdning, men det Àr ju vÄrt fel. Vi lÀste bara att stÀdning sker mellan 10 och 13 sedan tÀnkte vi inte mer pÄ det. Mycket bra lÀge och enkelt att fÄ parkering. Vi trivdes.

5-stjÀrnig service och bra lÀge

Bra hotell i nivÄ med sin tre-stjÀrniga status. Bra lÀge med gÄngavstÄnd till hela centrala Karlskrona och Àven till Marinmuseum pÄ Stumholmen. Bra och prisvÀrd parkering pÄ gatan utanför. 5-stjÀrnig service av glad och trevlig personal. Bonus att det finns ett mikrobryggeri i huset som Àven har egen gin, vodka och akvavit. VÀl vÀrt pengen vi betalade och vi kommer att bo hÀr igen om/nÀr vi ska till Karlskrona.

Gillar du öl och pizza Àr detta ditt hotell.

PrisnivĂ„ rĂ€tt, rĂ€tt plats, rĂ€tt frukost. Ända förbĂ€ttringar som behöver göras Ă€r mysigare möblering i svit samt betydligt bĂ€ttre belysning som faktiskt var under all kritik i alla rum. Minst problem i sovrummet som kompletteras med sĂ€nglĂ€mporna. Annars grymt dĂ„ligt ljus.

Prisen afspejler hotellet, indtjekningen var super effektiv, hotellet var sÄ forudseende at de havde styr pÄ de gÊster der ankommer og derfor lavet nÞglekortene i forvejen, det kunne MANGE hoteller lÊre af VÊrelset var stort, badevÊrelset af Êldre dato men virkede upÄklageligt, dog var sengen meget smal og lidt for blÞd

Vi anlÀnde kl 19 pÄ söndagen till hotellet . Restaurangen var stÀngd och vi frÄgade tjejen i receptionen om tips pÄ annan öppen restaurang. Hon hade ingen aning och hon sa att vi fick leta sjÀlva. Usel service. PÄ rummet en fjÀrdedels toapapper. VÀldigt enkel inredning. Den varma frukosten var grÀnsfall pÄ Àtbar. Hotellet Àr Max 2 stjÀrnor för oss. Skulle inte vÀlja detta hotell till det priset.
