Ideal family stopover at a lovely hotel

Great family-run hotel that suited our needs perfectly as a family. Easy parking on arrival, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Quiet area but well-connected by bus and tram with central Karlsruhe.

This is an amazing hotel, the staff is outstanding. They would do anything to make your stay excellent. The breakfast is amazing it has all the options and varieties that suit all needs. I would like to thank the reception personnel, specially the amazing Ms. Bianca who has a lot of experience and is so intelligent, helpful and wise. The outstanding Ms. Juluette who did her best to respond to our needs instantly and was always supportive and helpful. Ms. Bernadette, with her cherrfulness and willingness to help made us feel very comfortable. Ms.Denissa. The breakfast staff works very hard also. Thanks to Ms. Nathalia and all the staff I really would like to thank them one by one. I would definitely return to that hotel if I come back to Kalsruhe.

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Sehr gute und vielfältige Auswahl beim Frühstück. Das Einzelzimmer war nicht groß, aber praktisch eingerichtet.

Wir haben uns im Alter von 55 Jahren wohl gefühlt. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Auto und eventuell Fahrrädern mit Nähe zum Grünen und zur Stadt war das Haus gut geeignet. Auch konnten wir uns in der Lobby stets die Hände desinfizieren.

Ok ophold. Fint værelse men til 4 personer dur den ikke, sove sofaen er decideret uegnet til at sove på, meget ukomfortabel og ujævn. Sengen var helt ok.

Kein guter Service Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig. Bad mit Vorhang, alles nass außerhalb. Das ist unkomfortabel und nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Wij hadden een vierpersoons kamer met 1 extreem groot tweepersoonsbed en 1 heel klein tweepersoonsbed, handiger was het geweest als het 2 bedden van dezelfde grootte was geweest. De inrichting was wat gedateerd en de vloerbedekking was smoezelig. Het ontbijt was netjes. Voor deze prijs op zich prima, maar we hebben betere gehad voor dit budget.
