Very convenient location for the palace and the university. Staff was very helpful and the room was larger than I expected. Breakfast was delicious and the staff serving were very considerate and friendly. In-room complimentary snacks were varied and delicious

Public parking was close. Hotel is right next to police station, city center, botanical gardens, and museum/palace. Heart of down town. Lots of good food around the area. Property staff were nice and accommodating. Cleanliness was ok. Gnats (small flying bugs) near fruit in breakfast area was not pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay in clean and spa ious rooms. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful. The only negative about our stay was bugs in breakfast area. I hope hotel finds a way to remove those bugs from breakfast area to make it perfect.

Weekend Stay

We were staying here to meet up with friends who live in the City, we had a great long weekend here and the staff and facilities were excellent. Parking was pre booked and was easy to use and there was a superb choice of food for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

It's a very nice and clean hotel in a central location in Karlsruhe. The hotel is located exactly 1 minute away from Marktplatz S-bahn stop and about 20 minutes walk from the central train station in the city. The staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Karlsruhe.
