Der Check in Terminal ist sehr weit vom eigentlichen Hotel entfernt. Es waren überall flecken und Abdrücke. Die Möbel sind sehr lieblos platziert und es gab keinerlei hinweis wie der Check out funktioniert.

Kompliziert, nervig und gefährlich

Steckdose aus der Wand gebrochen und gefährlich. Klospülung geht seeeehr schlecht. Schlüssel musste mehrere Kilometer vom Zimmer entfernt abgeholt werden. WLAN ging sehr schlecht oder war zwischendrin ganz weg.

I like the fact that it is clean and have plenty of space. A lot of gadgets but I am very disappointed with the fact that there is dish soap but not even hand soap. I should have done more research but I assumed there are shampoo and toothpaste etc provided. It was Sunday and I only stay for one night so I had no way to shop for those.

This studio apartment was located in walking distance to my destination at the university and was clean and spacious. On the negative side the apartment felt bare and uninviting in the style of a student residence, and had some functional issues, e.g. broken light bulb, dripping bathroom taps, low quality bed. A significant issue was construction noise from a major subway tunnel construction site in front of the building operating from 7am. I would advise anyone to check whether the project section on Kriegsstrasse has been completed. A peculiarity about this location is that you need to register and pick up your key card at their other location. This was explained in the booking confirmation and worked reasonably well. However, walking with luggage between locations was challenging as I ran into a no-pedestrian zone where I had to walk on the car lane of a major two-lane street for some 100 metres. Therefore, I was particularly annoyed when I was told the following morning that I needed to pick up a new key card for the remaining two nights. SEEGER had kindly confirmed that I could stay in the same room but failed to mention the need for a new key card. I had an argument over the phone with their director, as a result of which he cancelled the second booking for the next two nights with reference to their house rules. I was given two hours to return to the apartment and vacate it before my card access would expire, and was left struggling to find new accommodation.

Misleading advertising- address was 20 min away

By the time I arrived at the advertised address it was early evening and then I discovered through the automatic check in and key servicess, the actual address was another 20+ minute by foot. The journey by foot meant I had to walk along a major road in the car lane. The footpath was blocked due to because roadworks. I was carrying a heavy backpack after attending and participating in a conference. By the time I reached the apartment I was exhausted and frustrated and unable to attend the dinner function.

Nobody at the lobby, only card to take at one place, with no place to park, then difficult to find the appartement , not at the address written , no breakfast , 180 euros is far to expensive when 2 hours are needed to find the room with no parking at all
