We really enjoyed this vacation and the hotel is in the perfect place in the town of Pigadia. We will be coming back for sure. Prices were exceptional for everything too. We loved staying at a beautiful resort that did not gouge for prices at the hotel bar/restaurant etc. so reasonable

Prachtig hotel met alles erop en eraan. Schoon, keurig, mooi, zeer goed verzorgde staat. Privé strand met luxe strandbedden. Prachtige kamers. Een luxe aan heerlijk, gezond eten van ochtend tot avond in zeer uitgebreid buffet. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en enorm service gericht. Een echte aanrader om hier te zijn als je dit liefelijke eiland aandoet.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’hotel nel mese di agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è stato sempre accogliente e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Ottimi i servizi, dalla piscina ai lettini in spiaggia, con fornitura quotidiana di teli mare, fino alla spa (che forse sarebbe più adeguato includere gratuitamente, trattandosi di un 5 stelle). La camera, pur confortevole, risulta un po’ datata rispetto agli standard di un hotel di questa categoria. La colazione, invece, è davvero eccellente, varia e di qualità.

Bellissima struttura, comodissima al mare e ottima posizione per una vacanza sull’isola . Stanza vista mare molto bella , buon cibo e buon servizio ristorante . Servizi e centro paese a 5 minuti a piedi. Unica nota non positiva, personale poco friendly in reception. L’impressione era una eccessiva “pressione” manageriale , non si percepiva quell’armonia che per l’ospite non guasta mai ( soprattutto se si e’ in vacanza)

Utmerket hotell

Alimounda Mare er et helt perfekt hotell for en avslappende ferie i solen. Hotellet har rikelig med solsenger, enten du finner en plass rundt bassenget eller på stranden. Det er godt utstyrt med behagelig senger, små bord, stol ved hver solseng rundt bassenget og parasoller. Deilig vann i bassenget og i sjøen. Frokosten på hotellet er bra, med god plass. Poolbar leverer god service. Ikke for dyrt. Vi spiste lunsj på hotellet flere ganger og synes dette var veldig bra. Det er andre fine lunsjsteder like ved om man ønsker litt variasjon. Hotellet ligger ca 7 minutters gange fra sentrum der det er overraskende bra restauranter. Verdt å merke seg at de aller fleste snakket veldig godt engelsk på stedet. Fra flyplassen er det ca 15 minutter med taxi til hotellet. Vi var strålende fornøyd og anbefaler virkelig hotellet på alle måter.

location good, hotel facilities above average, BUT there was zero follow through or assistance from the staff. thoroughly unorganized and disinterested in helping arrange activities, etc. no room service, no coffee or tea in the room - and above all else DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER!! the entire hotel is hot, they limit the thermostat in the rooms and the maids will completely turn off your ac when they clean even if you request otherwise.

Hotel molto pulito, cambiano asciugamani e lenzuola tutti i giorni, addirittura i teli mare si possono cambiare anche a metà giornata! Colazione sia dolce che salata, per quanto riguarda la gena ogni sera c'è qualcosa di diverso, le cene sono a tema. Il personale è disponibile ed alcuni parlano molto bene l'italiano. Manca animazione la sera, ma tutto si risolve con una passeggiata nel piccolo centro, dove si possono trovare negozietti di souvenir e anche dei market.

Cortesia del personale, pulizia della camera e bagno, locali comuni, posizione della struttura comoda al paese di Pigadia, è concepita in modo funzionale e da direttamente sulla spiaggia. Le uniche due cose negative manca la possibilità a colazione di una macchina per il caffè cappuccino ecc...e la palestra potrebbe chiudere alle 20.00/21.00.
