Facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo dall'aeroporto, poca disponibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni ma si trova. Pulizia diciamo sufficiente, problemi con acqua calda alla sera di ritorno dalle spiagge ed al mattino presto. Cucinino dotato del necessario, stoviglie, moka e frigo con minicongelatore. Il gestore fa il possibile per ovviare ai problemi ma a volte non ce la fa a star dietro a tutto. Località strategica per raggiungere tutti i posti piu' belli dell'isola.

Pulizie giornaliere effettuate una tantum (capisco che durante il nostro soggiorno è accaduto al proprietario un evento personale molto triste, ho cercato di pulire io stessa la camera con una scopa (che ho dovuto pulire prima di usare per quanto fosse sporca) trovata sul balcone..però in 10 giorni la camera è stata pulita una sola volta. Già al nostro arrivo la camera non era molto pulita. Sul balcone era presente anche un micio ed una spugnetta molto sporchi, da farmi riflettere sul fatto che fossero stato utilizzati quegli stessi attrezzi per pulire la camera!!! Il cambio asciugamani è sempre stato effettuato, anche se in modo disorganizzato. È capitato di trovare entrambi gli asciugamani puliti, senza aver ritirato quelli utilizzati, oppure di averne trovato solo uno ( soggiornavamo in due). Bagno fatiscente con un sifone del pavimento con griglia esterna sfondata e su cui erano presenti schifezze accumulate..Acqua calda al mattino non presente. Reception inesistente, tanto da preoccuparci seriamente quando la prima sera è mancata la corrente in camera e non sapevamo a chi rivolgerci. Poi per fortuna chiedendo alle altre camere, il proprietario si è affacciato dal balcone e abbiamo potuto chiedere aiuto. La camera era provvista di due fornelli elettrici (non funzionanti, ma nessuno ci aveva avvertito..motivo per cui è mancata la corrente..ed uno ad induzione.

La struttura si trova, a nostro avviso, dopo aver visitato tutta l’isola, nella miglior posizione per esplorare le più belle spiagge di Kárpathos e per godere di un posto tranquillo, ma dotato di ottime taverne, una bella passeggiata serale e bel mare, nel caso che non si voglia sempre prendere la macchina. Oltre alla fantastica posizione, c’è il valore aggiunto di non poco conto del proprietario, che fa di tutto per farti stare bene e sentire a casa. A noi, avendo la stanza libera, ha fatto l’upgrade ad una camera più grande vista mare, con un’impagabile terrazza con panorama mozzafiato per i nostri aperitivi e colazioni. La camera, tra l’altro, molto spaziosa, con un bel bagno, un comodo piano cottura era pulitissima e dotata di ogni confort...dal banale asciugacapelli, allo stendino con le mollette per i panni...ad un tavolino con sedie interno ed uno esterno, al detersivo e le spugnette per i piatti, al detersivo per i panni...frigo con acqua fresca al nostro arrivo....Un ultima e necessaria nota di merito al proprietario, una persona squisita, gentile, disponibile, che fa il suo lavoro con evidente passione, che ti bussa per offrirti un caffè con la sua nespresso ed è pronto ad aiutarti e venirti incontro per qualsiasi richiesta e bisogno. Insomma, non avrei dubbi a consigliare questa struttura.
