"The hotel view was lovely and the sound of the waves crashing up from the patio was nice but this place feels more like a one star to me. There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. I enjoyed the pool and the location but sadly would not be back."

Top Karthiana Hotel Reviews

Asterion Suites & Spa - Designed for Adults

Asterion Suites & Spa - Designed for Adults

10/10 Excellent
"Great location on the beach with easy walking distance to a small strip of restaurants and shops in Maleme. The rooms were great with comfy beds, good quality linen and towels and a great shower. The only done side is they only provide one small bottle of water per room per day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I travelled alone and booked bread and breakfast so I could eat out some nights. The hotel restaurant food was delicious and not overly expensive compared to other local restaurants. Most of the guests at the hotel were on an all inclusive package so I felt the price of the drinks out of the package were slightly elevated! There is an option to add all inclusive on a daily which would work out good value it you are going to stay in hotel all day and drink."

Frequently asked questions

Can I find holiday rentals in Karthiana?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Karthiana, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.

What are holiday rentals like in Karthiana?

Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Karthiana. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as hot tubs, fire pits and patios so your stay will be comfortable. If you're concerned about a clean environment, holiday rentals can provide a sense of security away from public hotel lifts and lobbies packed with people while still allowing you to travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular choice for a small group gathering.
