"Loved the room, beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was wonderful. Totally recommend this hotel. The property was well maintained. Quiet as well."

"This very lovely room was perfect for our three day stay. Ample free parking, extremely secure, clean room, breakfast included and made at your convenience. Our hostess Rosaria was so attentive, helping us to arrange local transport to a nearby wedding, and really going the extra mile whenever we needed anything. She made our stay incredible and we would highly recommend anyone visiting the area to consider staying at Daphnae House for the duration of their stay!"

"We have been 5 days in this hotel and we loved our stay there. Our room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free and delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very Historic, Quaint and unique."

"Great helpful staff, lovely accommodation (& sunsets) and a nice pool. Breakfast was plentiful, though not much variety. The cottage was nice, clean and modern. With a couple of small touches, it would have been excellent. For example, it sleeps four, but there is only a two person table and chairs outside which was a struggle to eat from. "Had a great experience during our stay. Property owner was in constant communication with me to make sure our stay was going well. Great location, very clean and plenty of space for our family. Highly recommend if you are planning on staying in Delia. "

"A brand new renovated old house with all the amenities. Still smell new. The owner is very friendly and gave us a huge breakfast and helped us to all the turistic info we needes."

"Run-down hotel. The pool needs to be looked after, the food was horrible, and the room had a kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no utensils, pots and pots or plates. The breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel lobby. There are holes in the wall on the balcony, the trash was overflowing in the communal bins and the room was SO hot because the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cold."

"Ambiente con odori intensi soprattutto nelle sale comuni, basse temperature sia degli ambienti comuni che delle stanze, camere sulla strada rumorosissime dal mattino presto, servizio cortesia scadente, letto con materasso deformato, nenache una bottiglietta da 0,50 di acqua nel frigo, colazione al minimo indispensabile. Insomma non ci tornerò "

"Excellent hotel in the city of “Il Gattopardo”. The owner, the manager and staff of the hotel have made us feel as comfortable as at home. Everything was perfect! A big compliment. Thank you so much!"

"This hotel was great value for what it is. The room and bathroom were big, there was a balcony and a sea view and we could see Castello Falconara from it. No complaints - it just feels a little tired, but I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in the area and you don’t need luxury."
