We stayed at the JAL City hotel for 5 nights. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is very close to Nakajima park, transportation, and a variety of dining options. However, there is construction going on next to the hotel. We were originally assigned a room right next to the construction site but were able to change the room to the opposite site of the hotel, away from the noise of the construction.
The breakfast included a variety of options; however, it did not change much during our stay and it sometimes got very crowded so we had to wait a while before getting seated.
The staff were the highlight of this hotel; service was excellent.

Property is only 15mins drive to town area. Place is clean and quiet at night. Free parking is a plus. It would be perfect if the apartment could let us connect TV to wifi so that we could watch Netflix as all the programmes there are in Japanese and we don't understand.
Very pleasant experience overall.
