"Some things were great, some things were a bit off. The property itself is very nice and the play area for kids on level -1 is really great. Our son enjoyed playing there for a few hours. The pool is also nice, but the hot tubs outside are quite small. The concierge was able to arrange babysitting, which was really nice, except they got the times wrong so I was really glad I double checked before the babysitter came. They also couldn't tell me the price correctly, which resulted in an awkward situation with the babysitter. My wife has a dairy allergy and it was great that the restaurant has a menu with allergy information. However there was only one item on the whole menu that my wife could have. "I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."
