Das Personal ist sehr nett. Im All Inclusive ist leider vieles nicht inklusive: kein Speiseeis, keine echte Coca Cola, nur lokale Getränke und lokale, günstige Spirituosen (kein Hanvana, Bacardi etc.) Die Speisenauswahl dagegen ist vielfältig.

Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Hotel zasluguje na swoje 5 gwiazdek. Pyszne jedzenie, czyste pokoje, darmowe wifi na terenie calego hotelu (w pokojach rowniez). Apartamenty z prywatnym basenem bardzo dobrze wyposazone.

Bizim için önemli olan deniz ve havuz çok güzel di. Yemekler iyi sayılabilecek kadar güzeldi. Kahvaltı da aradığımız her şey vardı. Arkadaş grubu ile seyahat yaptık onlar da bizde mutlu ayrıldık.

Overall it was a good hotel. Food was quite good with a lot of choices although there is a dress code which I found silly. The room was good and clean like all the areas on the hotel. The bad thing is that you have to pay for your drinks while taking your dinner. The real bad thing was that the beach just in front of the hotel is bad and you have to go to the next one that you have to pay for the umbrella and drinks which makes it a very expensive hotel. It is a good choice but expensive for what it takes.

Great Hotel. Right at the beach and with a nice pool. Shares some facilities like a bigger pool, tennis courts and stage with the surrounding Hotel which means you get everything you need. Very spacious rooms and lovely staff. I recommend this Hotel, especially if you have children.

The staff doesn't guide you properly. They also don't speak proper English, which led to MANY MANY misunderstandings!!! We stayed at the Grand Suite with Private Pool; the pool of our room was so dirty, we haven't touched a foot in it. There were even hair in the pool; most likely they cleaned it before the season started. You can't even open a window in the room; you have to open up the entire door and then, LOTS of bugs come inside and they torture you throughout the night. Both the shower and the bathtub drains were blocked; when we left the room, the bathtub (they call it a jacuzzi!!!) was still filled with water from 3 days ago... The pool "bar" was so slow and they didn't know how to make many cocktails. The sea pictured isn't well-represented; the sea is mostly filled with sea weed and grass. I don't even know how this hotel has 5 stars. Very dissapointed. Don't go here.

Fantastiskt hotell med supertrevlig personal som gör det lilla extra. Andra året i rad vi åker dit Vi hade deras stora svit med privat pool. Vi var 4 vuxna och 2 barn (5 & 7 år) Barnpool, en större pool och en lite mindre finns tillgängliga på området. Bar i anslutning till alla utom barnpoolen. Stranden är nära, men där är också det enda negativa med detta hotell. Stranden är rätt stenig. Går man något till vänster finns dock bättre vatten. Rekommenderar starkt att ta all inclusive. Maten är varierad och bra. Det enda jag saknade här är mer grillat. På kvällen är det minidisco för barnen, på engelska och ryska.

We had a great vacation at Theophano Imperial Palace. The location could hardly be better - just meters off a long private beach. Hotel amenities include everything necessary, with a few restaurants, offering a wide choice of delicious food. Service was excellent (I would particularly recommend Dimitris, the restaurant manager), rooms are spacious and very clean - in short everything, needed for a very relaxing holiday by the sea.

The property was in excellent condition, clean, spacious, luxurious. The Staff accommodated me very well, moved me to a sea-view room. The Breakfast buffet was very rich despite it being late October end of season. The price was an extremely good late-season bargain and the weather was excellent, very mild as often in October.

Территория отеля просто восхитительная. Находится в комплексе с отелем Афос. Много бассейнов. Для детей отличный бассейн и водная горка. Большая и чистая береговая линия. Лежаки были практически все свободны. Бронировали клубный номер Анатолий. По номеру все понравилось. Есть чайник и все прилагалось(кофе, чай, сахар). От моря 30 метров. Единственный минус, а скорее всего совет администрации. Нужно повесить табличку о запрету использования в бассейне надувных матрасов. Они слишком большие для бассейнов на приватной территории клуба Анатолия и мешают остальным проживающим пользоваться услугой бассейна.

Otel ve plaj çok güzel, bulunduğu mevki de öyle. Odalar biraz küçük ama temiz. Kahvaltı büfesi iyi. En kötü yanı geç check-out için hiç kolaylık göstermemeleri. Plaj duşunda duş alıp tuvalette poşete koyduğunuz giysileri giyinmeniz ve sonra da üzerinizden çıkanları valizi tekrar açıp koymanız. Bence bu duruma bir çözüm bulabilirler dünyanın herbir yanında yaptıkları gibi..

posto bellissimo, ottima cucina anche se un pò povera di pesce. Unico neo la spiaggia del'hotel senza sabbia e con scogli bassi per accedere al mare che diventa subito profonda, non proprio comoda per bambini piccoli o che non sanno ancora nuotare

Trevlig personal, jättebra poolområde, vi hade svit med egen pool vilket var väldigt skönt. Aktiviteter för barnen och mini-disco på kvällen. Möjlighet till all-inclusive. Det enda som man hade önskat var lite mindre stenig strand.
