Friendly check in, very quick staff. Room was clean and well stocked. Safe/ easy walking to shops and restaurants. Front desk helped arrange a taxi back to airport, and they arrived quickly. Appreciated bottled water in the room, along with coffee/tea. Definitely recommend!

I have stayed at this property during my last two visits! It’s an excellent hotel near a very popular shopping destination, Thamel, in Kathmandu, Nepal. The price is reasonable, the rooms are small but very clean and like the ambience. They gave me an upgrade with a great view of Kathmandu. I loved the food at the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast had a lot of variety. Their customer service is the best. Big should out Sunita G and Rahul for their excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had many bags when we arrived from the airport. The staff helped to unload them from the taxis and stored them for us during our stay. They were able to get us checked in early and the staff was always very friendly. Breakfast was much more extensive than I expected. Worth the money for sure! We have stayed here a couple of times when traveling through Kathmandu and we will be coming back.
