Location was great to everything needed locally. Great coffee shop across the road. Staff were incredibly friendly. Room and furniture were very dusty and unclean which set off hayfever for half of us. Shower tap handle came off when using.

We liked the room which was bright and spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was little noticeable room cleaning and beds were left unmade for all three nights. Breakfast is quite basic and fresh coffee costs extra. Decor is quite olde-worlde. But we were very comfortable there.

We had a great stay here in Katoomba! Great location, 5-10minutes from all the tourist spots and lookouts. Scenic World was amazing! Three Sisters was beautiful! We even went on a foggy morning and could see nothing, but it cleared up in a couple hours so we could see it all. We walked to the little shopping area. This Hotel location was great for our family and we had a huge room the kids were excited about and proud to Facetime the grandparents to show them!
