"The hotel is a delightful old building, with high ceilings and lovely woodwork. And while old, it is clearly well-maintained. The bed was quite comfortable, with sufficient pillows and the bonus of an extra blanket. All in all, a very nice place to stay."

"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. "This place was NOT clean!! The floors were not swept, mopped, or vacuumed. Everything was still dirty. The countertops had coffee on them the walls had spills and puddles on the baseboards. Bathroom sink and vanity not cleaned and hair and stubbles in the sink BUT the absolute worst part was when we pulled the bed down and the sheets were not washed. I swear to you there were so many pubic hairs in the sheets, a few regular long black hairs on the sheets and pillow cases and stains on the...
