"Firstly, it is perfectly positioned for the airport, and then perfectly placed for the city centre, by rail. The hotel was very clean and tidy and breakfast plentiful and tasty. Thank you"

"Room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. But there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. You could buy drinks and snacks at reception, but it seems petty to charge paying guests for a cup of tea. Only when I was leaving did the receptionist tell me that you could borrow a kettle from the reception. Why was this not mentioned when I checked in? The carpet on the stairs and on the landing looked quite shabby."
