"15 dk bir shuttle var. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar canayakin ve yardimseverdi. Oda geniş ve temizdi. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çok iyiydi. Odadan dağ ve kar manzarası çok hoş idi. Geçmişte olduğu gibi, yine memnun kaldık."

"Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"
