Yeri kolay ve çalışanlar çok ilgili

Otel fazla lüks olmasa da merkezi bir konumda olması en büyük artısı. Ayrıca, çalışanlar oldukça ilgili, saygılı ve güleryüzlü.

tatilimiz güzeldi. odamızın tavanında lamba yoktu ve az ışık alıyordu. hizmet güzeldi. çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve kibardı.

Try another hotel

There was no WiFi available in my room but was it was available in the restaurant. I'm questioning why there was an ashtray in my 'non-smoking' room. Human hair in the bedding when I checked in and faulty plumbing that leaked water over the bathroom floor. Overall the hotel needs upgrading.

NOT convenient hotel

The people in the hotel was good, but they can not speak English, and Hotel condition was very bad (WIFI not working, furniture very old, and over all was bad)

hotel bien ubicado, con recepcion fea.

hotel bien ubicado, la recepcion es fea, pero las habitaciones son ampias al igual que los baños. la vista desde mi habitacion era muy linda con montañas nevadas. el personal de recepcion no sabia hablar ni español ni ingles lo que dificultaba la comunicacion. el desayuno era bueno (solo estuve un dia). es un hotel grande, y amplio pero un poco anticuado.-

Hotel setzt schon etwas Patina an, der kleine Wellness/Fitness-Bereich ist aber sehr liebevoll gemacht und sehr gepflegt. Nettes Personal. Preisleistungsverhältnis sehr angemessen.

Business hotel close to the town center

The hotel is situated near the town center where most of the attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and provide the basic amenities. Do not expect the staff to speak English as this city is not a hot spot for tourists. However they do their best in answering requests.

幸好周邊還算熱鬧

飯店內裝與外觀都稍微老舊，但是相當清潔；櫃檯人員熱心介紹Kayseri的觀光資訊；不過房間除了mini bar外，沒有提供飲水或是煮水的設備，幸好飯店不遠就有熟食店、超市、雜貨店。另外可能因為是週六住宿，餐廳的音樂很大聲，到11點都還有點吵。

Udmærket, lidt dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten, værelserne er meget varme ved ankomst og man skal bruge tid på at køle det ned. Det skal vides at det ikke er muligt at checke ud før tid uden at man skal betale for den fulde tid.

Good location, needs improvement

Hotel location is ideal, very convenient and easy walk to numerous key areas. Rooms are adequate, nothing fancy. Carpets are a little worn and bathrooms are updated. Biggest issue was with the AC. After numerous calls to the front desk, they informed me that the AC was not working. I had 3 rooms and same issue in all rooms. Not ideal with the hot month of August.

Beautiful view of Mount Erciyes

We enjoyed it alot we were just overnighting before going to Cappodocia but will try to go back to explore Kayseri. Very clean and beautiful room and terrace to watch the sunset

La estancia estuvo bien, pero hacía casi un mes que había mandado un email para decir que quería una cama doble y una sencilla y cuando llegué solo tenían una con dos camas sencillas. El desayuno muy correcto.

No English speakers!!!

I hated this hotel, personel were not friendly at all and look at me as a stranger. nobody knows english and I had a very hard time communicating. I will never stay there again
