"It met my needs in every way. Great restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Within walking distance of attractions, shopping etc. Metro, trams & buses seconds away. 100E airport link bus stops outside hotel. Next time I visit will definitely be staying here."

"I did not get the room I booked which was one of the more expensive rooms. They moved me to the room I booked the following day but not until 5 pm and I was leaving at 4 am, so the suite with terrace was not worth the price. NO UPGRADE OR compensation for the hassle and inconvenience other than 2 drinks on the house. The Nespresso maker was outfitted with knock off pods which tasted like cigarette ashes. Fortunately, I had the genuine Nespresso pods in my suitcase. Is that even legitimate….did Nespresso cut them a deal on their coffee makers either the understanding that only genuine Nespresso pods would be used? The suite bathrooms were poorly designed with single only sinks and showers inside of a very deep bathtub. The hotel lobby is quite nice and the cafe is exquisite; the nightly music in the lobby and cafe very enjoyable."
