The only concern we experienced was with the air-conditioning unit, which seemed to be releasing some form of gas into the air and caused discomfort. Aside from this issue, Fair Acres Boutique Hotel remains a remarkably beautiful space with exceptional hospitality."

"The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Acacia Tree Lodge before & after our safari in Masai Mara. The staff was extremely accommodating with our late arrival & early departure before our bushplane flight, holding our bags, and helping us arrange a driver for a day trip out of Nairobi. The location is excellent - very convenient, safe, and easy to get Ubers. The breakfast was tasty and nutritious with some days having a buffet & omelette station and other days having a set menu that you order from with lots of options. We had coffee, tea, juices, egg dishes, beans, sausage, muffins, fruit, and more. We had dinner one night that was just ok, there are so many great restaurants in Nairobi and Karen that I would recommend going elsewhere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the bathrooms had great showers and lots of hot water (no conditioner). We thought it was amazing value, an enjoyable stay, and would definitely stay again / recommend to other travelers. Pictures online are accurate if a little underselling the place!"

"I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."

"I loved staying at the Corat Africa Hotel. Not only did I feel safe in a safer neighborhood in the city, it was convenient to popular attractions such as the Kobe Tough Bead Factory (literally 5 min walk), the Giraffe Centre, National Park and Elephant orphanage. While the facility looked like a proper hotel, what makes this place so special is the people. From the front reception, to the maids, to the waiters to the security guards- all were so lovely, gentle and really wanted you to feel welcome and that you're treated like family. Will be my go to place if i go to Nairobi again. "
