Derrick was an excellent host, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of everything in the old quarter and had everything we needed for our time in Hanoi

Great location, clean, good price

The service was impeccable from the check-in bHowever we had disrupted sleep staying in the Ruby Room (which faced the road) as renovations went on till early in the morning. The hotel staff were sympathetic and offered to move us to another room. They also arranged for a complimentary airport transfer.

Loved my stay here. Central location, amazing service, breakfast was nice and the room was lovely. The bed was comfortable, shower was great. I will be back!

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of the old quarter. The room (deluxe) was spacious and clean as well, but the biggest difference between this hotel & others was the staff. Every single one of them did an incredible job at catering to our needs, everybody, from the door-man, reception staff, information desk, kitchen staff & the cleaning staff, did a superb job at making us feel comfortable & well-taken care of. We even got a little gift when we checked out. I hope everyone who comes to Hanoi gets to experience such a wonderful hotel. Easiest 10/10 in my life. Thank you everyone at Salute :)
