"Hotel is not that old, no exhaust fan in our bathroom. Mold will take over quickly. Hot Breakfast - was cold. Pancake maker did not work. A young man working the kitchen was very nice and helpful. Picked up garbage and offered bottled water. He made it more personal. Kurtis to him. Wish I had gotten his name. Bed was very comfortable. Would like to know what brand it is. Overall, good stay for the money."

"I arrived at 10:50 with reservations I paid for and had to wait for over 20 min. There was a sign with a number to call, but it rang the unmanned counter. After calling multiple times, hoping it would also ring elsewhere, I was in the process of trying to reach Hotel.com to see what they wanted to do when the dude came back. Once I got to the room, it was cleanish but very poorly maintained. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but that was frustrating."

"El hotel más caro que pagamos en la estancia en USA (fueron 6 hoteles en total) y el Quality fue el que peor nos recibió, la persona de recepción no quiso conversar con nosotros (seguro por ser latinos) a pesar de que le hablamos en inglés... y nos pasó a un quiosco, la persona en el quiosco de origen indú fue muy amable, pero no quita lo mal que nos trató la persona en recepción. Desayuno pobre."

"Room was okay. Staff was okay. Parking was in back. When we first arrived a box truck was at the back door. Two men were hauling used mattresses out of the building and it was after dark. I found that odd. Also,the back door, anyone could've walked in without a key. Not very secure for sure."
