"Great Hotel for a Visit to Gothenburg
I have stayed here twice and would book again on my next visit to Gothenburg. The rooms are clean and well sized. The gym has a good selection of equipment. The staff are amazing. The roof top pool is a treat.

"Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Good breakfast (don’t miss the granola or the ginger shots) and excellent cappuccino machine.
Comfortable bed and big, nice pillows.
Parking was a bit difficult to find (it’s next to hotel and you have to drive up on sidewalk to enter using the app — pre-paid spot).
Enjoyed the gym and sauna/relax room.
Mon-Fri there’s a free boat across the street into city center. "
"Wonder location close to main railway station. Easy walking to all main attractions. This hotel had everything we needed for a good stay.room was very good , clean and well appointed. Quiet and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Great breakfast choices.

"Great themed hotel for children and adults. Very friendly staff and easy and comfortable accommodation. Buffet restaurant is ideal and caters for all tastes. Staff are always available and happy to answer questions. Great place to stay even if not going to thr amusement park every day."
"Very nice hotel located in the Inom Vallgraven district of Gothenburg. The design and artwork in the hotel made it a unique experience that we appreciated. We opted for one of the rooms with a patio hot tub and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were under the weather and our first night the restaurant manager even helped bring my wife bring up our dinner so we could order whatever we wanted (not just from the room service menu)
The location was fantastic, we could walk easily to shops, restaurants, activities, transportation, within 10-15 minutes. Its central location was perfect for our trip.
The negatives were minimal. Not a lot of temperature control, (true everywhere we stayed, not a deal breaker) we slept with the door open most nights to cool the room or get moving air, a fan would be nice in warmer weather. It is an eco friendly hotel, but they were still using small shampoo and conditioner bottles. We would love to encourage them to completely move away from these.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others. "

I couldn’t believe it. It was a good huge bigger > my room-size of breakfast display; in rush of catching my train, the server give me a to-go bag.
Isra the front receptionist is unbelievable, she helped me to call my Stockholm hotel for my left behind passport.
Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport)
