"The views were amazing. The room was lovely, although it could use updating and there was a weird stand in our tub. However, it was cleaned and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool was lovely and you could tell it was well maintained. My only complaint in that area would be the towel bar was not open the entire time. We did not get the opportunity to experience this spa. The food at rumfire was quite good, although a little overpriced. However, this is Hawaii and everything is. The service. Was top notch the entire time we had an excellent server. Unfortunately I forget her name or I would mention her here. Our check-in experience was phenomenal and every interaction we had with the staff was lovely. "
"Clean, comfortable, no pests. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and rustic plantation cabins. The outside furniture was a bit worn and many cobwebs in the rear. We didn’t have enough wash cloths, hand towels or coffee. We called for a delivery but they never came. Second request in person and they were immediately delivered. Will return. "
"Pool was nice, but the beach just behind it was even better! The resort villas, were updated recently, looking very nice and big king bed. It was pretty quiet, and room service every day. The onsite restaurants onsite were really good and reasonably priced. But, even better is there were many other options within easy walking distance. A long constant sand beach to many other resorts as well."
Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Dream stay!! This was our first visit to Hawaii and I am so glad we decided to stay at Koloa Landing. The grounds are lush and verdant—like staying in an impeccably maintained botanical garden. The amenities are eye popping. We had to drag ourselves away because we could have spent all our time by the pools. The main pool is fabulous. My kids were in heaven. But there were plenty of chill spots for adults as well, among the three stunning pools. Every staff member was friendly and kind. Highly recommend! We’re already planning a return trip."
"We stayed at One Hotel in Hawaii for the first time and overall, our vacation was great and the hotel itself was excellent. However, we were a bit disappointed with the staff. My husband’s birthday was coming up and I mentioned it several times in advance, but they made a lot of mistakes. They brought the cake on the wrong day, and when the actual day arrived, I had to remind them. They also congratulated me instead of my husband. At checkout we were also charged $70 for items from the minibar that we never used, which was quite unpleasant to see from a hotel of this level.
I contacted the hotel about these issues afterward but unfortunately did not receive a clear response. Please be attentive and double-check your final bill."
"The room was clean but the property had clutter that needed to be cleaned up. My room had no issues, had no ocean view, the park and ocean view are a block away. I cooked on the barbeque and used the pavilion, that was great. The beach near the hotel has cloudy water from the river, a few miles down the road are perfect beaches."
