It was by far the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not go there. Everything was dirty! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold and filth in the shower.

Main street hotel

Do you like staying in the very center, namely - on the main street? Look no further. Spacious and cozy rooms, I could see the Liberation Hall when lying in my bed. A perfect place.

Great hotel with limited gym.

A great hotel in the middle of the village. Good breakfast and clean rooms. The gym was a bit small as there were only four machines and a set of dumbbells from 1-10kg. I would have appreciated a bench as a base.

A big hotel that is clearly understafed. The 1 person that I saw did the reception, Check in and even the cleaning of the furniture. The bed was really oversized leaving little room for the just one chair. Most of the public toilets in the hotel where closed. The breakfast was good. It could be a nice hotel if it would invest in more staff.

Mir hat das Hotel Areal sehr gut gefallen (Räumlichkeiten, Restaurant & Bar, Fitness, Spa-Bereich, ...) Ich finde den eigenen Parkplatz für 12€/Nacht überteuert, wenn direkt nebenan ein öffentlicher Parkplatz für 6€/Nacht ist.

Erstes Zimmer hatte Fenster zur direkt davor befindlichen Terasse/Raucherecke des Hotels. Fenster öffnen unmöglich. Man fühlte sich wie in Peep-Show. Jeder konnte ins Zimmer schauen. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht so toll. Intimsphäre gleich Null. Zimmer taugt max. als Abstellraum. Zimmer wurde nach Reklamation aber problemlos gegen anderes Zimmer getauscht. Das Reinigungspersonal könnte insgesamt etwas sorgfältiger sein Handwerk verrichten.

Super dass man die Ebikes in einem Raum sicher abstellen und laden kann. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat den Zeitpunkt der Erneuerung verpasst. Kunstlederbezug vom Bettrahmen war aufgerissen bzw fehlte an einer großen Stelle, Tr zum Bad war so dermaßen abgestoßen und alt...,, Im Sommer sollte man dieses Zimmer nicht mieten.Aufgrund von extremer Wärme und nicht vorhandener Klimaanlage ist ein schlafen fast unmäglich. Draußen 17 Grad und obwohl das Fenster auf war vorsichtig geschätzt mind. 25 bis 30 Grad. Das haben auch andere Hotelgäste uns gegenüber bestätigt. Frühstück aberreichhaltig und gut wurde aber schlecht nachgelegt und Behälter bzw. Besteck auf dem Buffet nicht ausgetauscht auch wenn schon offensichtlicht Essensreste angetrocknet waren( so beim Rührei), Filterkaffe gab es aus einer Pumpkanne um die leere benutzte Tassen herumstanden(vermutlich weil die Kanne leer war), die Tassen wurden zwar entfernt aber vielleicht hätte man auch Kaffe nachbringen sollen?! So nicht geschehen. Also im Service ist da echt noch Luft nach oben und kleinere Reparaturen kosten auch nicht die Welt( z.B. defekte Leuchtmittel Deckenlampe im Frühstücksraum). Im ganzen leider etwas lieblos. Wenn sich da etwas verbessern würde, könnte es durchaus eine gute Unterkunftmöglichkeit sein. So waren wir etwas enttäuscht.
