1st we get there to check in and got told we couldn't have the room we booked. And NO WATER PARK OPEN TO PLAY! We came for that reason only! Then the room they gave us ABSOLUTELY horrible! Clean room - beautiful and open concept! However, shower water pressure was awful and it’s super noisy in the rooms. You can hear everything people are saying or doing. Very hard to get any sleep or relax because it was super disturbing.
