"Was not there long enough to use. The hot tub or pool. I had reserved the wrong date. We were dealing with a death in the family and had just flown into Portland. found out our registration was for the next Friday. The very nice front desk girl told me she would see what she could do. A short time later she had us in. She was very great. "

"My stay was good. Only thing I would complain about is the iron in the room which leaked and unfortunately ruined some of my clothes. "

"This was probably one of the most disorganized hotels I have ever stayed at. Check in was slow and unprofessional (three people behind the desk, one trainee) and the other two chatting with her casually and laughing while half heartedly checking me in. After a slow 10 mins (I had already done pre check in on my phone thankfully), we went up to our room, opened the door and two dogs came rushing to us barking, the room was occupied. I was traveling with 4 kids too. We all went down to the lobby, the front desk didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, the girl actually said “that shouldn’t happen.” And they spoke to each other trying to figure out which room to give us. The room was OK. Not cleaned very well (the floor), there were ants on the one side by the wall which we dealt with for our whole stay but I made sure to keep the floor clean and not leave food around. We had two bath towels (and hand towels, for 5 people), they had said all the laundry was being done so no extra towels were available yet. The pull out couch had no bedding for it. I was given some sheets later that evening once the laundry was done but no blanket. So I didn’t sleep with a blanket for the 4 nights we were there, just top sheets. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Housekeeping staff were so helpful and much more caring than front desk staff. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but well stocked for what they had."

"Upon arriving at 3:53pm to sign in for reservation there was no one at counter. I had to wait more than 10 minutes with animal in crate as the employee did not check to see if guests were waiting? She only returned when a local went to find her. Took more than 10 mins to check in, tried to charge me $140 for animal, although $50 was max posted on website. Noticed a hair on bedding immediately & no mini refrigerator as advertised. A couple days later found out the stove top didn’t work either. The room did not have a kitchenette as advertised so I had to donate 2 weeks of food & buy fast food for stay: a loss of over $600! After contacting Motel 6 I received no reply; now I will move forward with my attorney and sue for false advertising and fraud. Also, called 5 times and no one answers the phone & key cards constantly did not work, including both at one time. Had it been after 9pm I would have been locked out all night. Worst American motel experience in my life. "

"Room was good, garbage outside the building in bags, not the cleanest sheets I have ever slept on. It served its purpose "

"While the room was very clean, there was no fridge and no microwave. And since I was on a business trip, that made it hard to have food to eat or bring back left overs. The shower had no pressure and both the shower and the sink leaked with no way to stop it. I did report that at the end of the stay. Bathroom was super tiny and no place to put anything. Towels super thin and definitely one use only. I try to reuse to save on water. It also turns out that it’s a party hotel for people hooking up and doing party drugs. Found that out from locals once I told them where I was staying. Parties when until 4am often banging up against the wall behind my bed. People walking by and knocking on your door for laughs at 5 and 6 am. Or just people super loud laughing and having fun while they smoked outside their rooms at 4am. And when it says Continental Breakfast, it’s just a coffee marker, dry cereal in a dispenser and milk in a mini fridge. Most of the room had boxed equipment in it. I feel bad for the owners because it seems this is not the clientele any hotel/motel wants. But for the amount we paid the photos and description were extremely misleading and I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and felt safer. "
