The price was right for this motel. Parking was convenient right outside the unit door. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The area is very quiet and we did not hear the neighbours. Two areas could be improved a lot: The room needs a major cleaning. Rugs shampooed and walls wiped of many finger marks. Breakfast offering could be improved with more variety like hot cereal pouches. I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and internet connection was good. The bathroom was clean but showing its age a bit. The breakfast room was probably the cleanest I've seen and the young man working in the room was friendly, polite, quick to restock food items, cleared and sanitized every inch of the tables as guests left,

This is 2nd time we stayed at this place. It's nice and clean and well-maintained and it's on the Main Kelowna Street. Easy to go around to shop or dine.

The location was good. Breakfast was bad. There were no waffle maker. Egg was from costco big jar, cold. It tasted like plastic. There are very limited items for breakfast.

Everything was clean, comfortable and service was great. Their outdoor area was inviting and easily accessible. Only downside was the pool was under maintenance, however they had an option to use the pool at their sister-hotel
