"When we went to portland the first time 3 years ago, we went to a nice hotel but the surroundings were less than ideal. Oxford was great place to stay at as it is separate from the main part of Portland. The hotel was clean, the staff and front desk were helpful. The breakfast really helps a lot as you dont need to worry about food in the morning. All in all, i wouldnt think twice about staying here again. It also borders Vancouver Washington so its a quick drive to the waterfront if you want to stroll or have some dining options. I recommend Oxford at Jantzen beach as this place gives you value for money with a great place to stay and great staff"

"The Heathman Lodge was a quaint and lovely place to stay. Room was plenty spacious and clean. Located in a great area with lots to do. I'd most definitely stay again! "

"We came for the crab and wine festival in Astoria, booked through Expedia. The staff and Check-in was great and she helped with letting us know certain places (cab services, food, ect.)were near us! Cozy and cute our room was! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit out by the water later in the evening 😊and we were able to check in early as well!"

"The main reason I chose Holiday Inn was because they have free parking. The parking lot was also fenced and the flow of traffic entering and leaving was controlled. I was really happy about that. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. I could tell that the hotel wasn't brand new but it was well kept and in really good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. "
