"This property is well-liked by long-term local lodgers. Even Russians were there. But it would be abhorrent for European tourists. Expedia CANNOT RATE as four four-star. Locally it is rated as a 3-star hotel. It had a home-size pool and full board food served under 1.5 windows in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is well known for the dissatisfaction locally. Worst stay ever, though the workers worked hard to provide, but failed in service & hospitality. Don't expect the neon light display in reality- it is a local lodge. Cheap and cheerful. "

"Our recent experience at the hotel was exceptionally positive. While the establishment may not be a sprawling, high-end resort with an extensive workforce, it distinguishes itself through its outstanding staff. The personnel consistently demonstrated kindness and a positive demeanor, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort. The culinary offerings were abundant and flavorful; while one day's selections did not fully align with my preferences, I was still able to enjoy a satisfying meal. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, and offered a variety of hot and cold options, along with a selection of beverages. (Consideration could be given to providing additional fruit options between-meal as a snacks, and expanding the variety of hot dishes.) The pool area maintained a high standard of cleanliness, with regular maintenance. The hotel is undeniably family-friendly. Guests who exhibit courtesy and respect towards the staff are treated with a welcoming warmth. The hotel provides private transfer services from Antalya airport at a competitive rate. Furthermore, the private beach is conveniently located, just a short two-minute walk away. Would I consider a return visit? Absolutely. Do I recommend this hotel? Without doubt, yes. "

"I got this for my parents as a gift, the stay was good and they allowed them to check in earlier but they got one bed instead of the one bed and sofa as booked online. Victoria was great and organized a special dinner for them which was super sweet! "
