It's a nice resort with lots of fun especially with families with kids. Food was amazing, pools and sea were amazing, kids activities were amazing... I have two complaints though; the desserts were not very good and it would be great if they add a few different water slides to the aqua park. Even with these deficiencies, it was a great holiday.

This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement.

Uzun sıralar, alamadığınız hizmet

Adil bir değerlendirme yapacağım. Resepsiyon çok kalabalık olmasına rağmen ilgiliydi. Girişte sorun yaşamadık. Deniz taş ama temiz ve güzel. Sahilde bar yok. Bir tane çıkınca var onda da sadece akşam kokteyl var. Diğer barlarda, snack alanında ve restaurantta heryerde sıralar var. Bitmek bilmiyor sıra beklemekten yıldık. Bir de masa ve şezlong bulma sorun tabi. Sürekli dolaşmak gerek. Inanılmaz kalabalıktı. Ama esas sorun birincisi temizlik hizmetlerinde. Sabah 8 de birbirlerine bağırarak seslenmeleri, 8.37 de kapıyı çalıp girmeleri (tatile gelmemişiz gibi) odayı temizleyip almaları gereken çöpümüzü poşetiyle konsolda unutmaları başımıza ilk defa bir otelde geldi. Ikincisi ise restaurantta içecek bulmak. Sıralar bitmiyor garsonlar getirmiyor hatta kahvaltıda bardak kalmadığını soylediğim kadın türk garson bana ileriyi gösterip oradan alabilirsiniz diyor. Kamu kampına gelsek daha az iş yapardık. Kesinlikle bir daha gelmeyiz tavsiye de edemiyoruz ama kendi işimi hallederim diyorsanız mutlaka tercih edin.

Nur für starke Nerven

Das Zimmer (mit Jakuzi) war sehr schön. Auch die Anlage ist schön. Die Gästebetreuerin und die Putzfrau waren freundlich. Das Essen war gut - ABER es gab viel zu wenig Auswahl (Beispiel Obst: nur 2 Sorten Äpfel, Orangen und Grapefruit - das war alles!), viel zu wenig Abwechslung und viel zu wenig Ausgabestellen (es hätte mehr gegeben, die aber nicht geöffnet waren), viel zu wenig Platz für die Gäste beim Essen (trotz Corona!) und viel zu wenig Personal. Es herrschte ein unglaublicher Lärm im Speisesaal - wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Wenn man zur falschen Zeit kam, musste man auf einen Sitzplatz warten! Wenn man später kam, fand man zwar Platz, aber oft kein Besteck mehr. Auch nach acht Tagen habe ich nicht verstanden, wie ich zu meinen Getränken kommen sollte. Mal hab ich sie an der Bar geholt, mal hab ich mich mit den kleinen Plastikbechern mit Wasser begnügt. Zum Tisch kam nur zwei mal ein Kellner und hat nach meinen Wünschen gefragt. Die Kellner waren auch total überfordert. Es gab keinen richtigen Kaffee zum Frühstück (Cappucchino), nur Nescafe. Auf dem Zimmer war die Teebeutelauswahl auf Schwarztee beschränkt Auch auf Nachfrage bekam man keine anderen Teesorten. Positiv zu bemerken ist, dass ich einen Blumenstrauß aufs Zimmer bekam und dass ich den Checkoutzeitpunkt kostenlos um eine Stunde verschieben konnte. Aber aufgrund der katastrophalen Zustände im Speisesaalbereich würde ich dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen! Selbst in 3* Hotels habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt!

Плюсы: большая территория, доброжелательный персонал, нормальная сауна и бассейн. Но. Отель подуставший. Ремонт не свежий. Сначала заселили в убитый вообще номер, пришлось полтора часа с менеджером ходить выбирать получше. Еда однообразная, как в столовке. Были в конце марта, скучно, делать вообще нечего, если не пить) гулять за территорией негде. В кемер на такси разве что. Из-за карантина не работает спа (только массаж можно).

We were told that water activities are functional but as we reached there they were not working They told us that the entertainment shows will be in the evening and afternoon and there was nothing like that And lot of things were closed and we were not informed even about it when we called and inquired about the hotel

Excellent Stay and Value, highly recommend it

This is a very nice hotel the service is excellent. The staff go out of their way to help you. The coffee and tea service is awesome. It’s got a cool hip vibe here, we stayed 3 night because it was great. The food is not great but there is plenty of it and if you are not a foodie, you will think nothing of it. If you are a foodie then the food will surely disappoint you.
