Great views and the whole place looks just like in pictures online. Person working at the reception desk was really nice and helpful, provided us also with a map of surroundings and gave some tips of what to do around. Breakfast was the only thing I would give 3/5, came at 9am and it felt like it was mostly leftovers, but otherwise 5/5, definitely recommend.

I had an amazing 3-day stay here by myself. It was a lovely break in a great location. Very close to Kemi, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Beautiful views and friendly staff!

A hot stay in seaside glass villas

Arrived and received at reception all helpful info. Cabins are great- there is a But.... the weather was so hot that as the cabins have 2 sides glass and the roof glass even with All the curtains inside fully closed the air con could not compete until very late into the evening around 9 or 10p.m this made the space uncomfortably stuffy - I appreciate that the weather was unusual however the maintenance rep just said the temp for air con is set and thats it.

This place was beautiful and with a great view! Super clean and friendly staff! I wish the town itself had things to do. From a tourist point if view there was nothing to do besides enjoy the hotel. I highly recommend spending at least one night it is gorgeous

A Hidden Gem

The Seaside Glass Villas are the perfect stop-over if you're on your way to Rovaniemi. The villas are a great value comparing to similar glass dome hotel stays. If Icebreaker Sampo is on your list, then a stay at villas almost pays for itself when you compare the additional shuttle cost to come from Rovaniemi. The restaurant at the Snow Castle Resort is not to be missed. I'd stop through Kemi just to have dinner there. The best Arctic inspired cuisine I've had in any of the Nordic countries.

The idea of ​​the hotel is very good, but the rooms are too small and the wonderful silence that reigns in that place is destroyed by a fan / air turbine that turns on inside the room throughout the night. I really thought I was going to enjoy my stay but I couldn't sleep almost at all. A sin!!

I was looking forward to staying the night at the Glass Villa. But to my disappointment, the night was noisy due to the villa being right next to the caravan park. Also, the curtains didn't close properly so there was a visible access to the neighbouring villa. The curtains should really overlap. The villas are way too close to each other. There's no privacy. But the worst was the morning. I woke up, and was about to check my phone but to my horror, the phone wasn't working. It had gotten totally soaked during the night due to leaking roof. The table was covered in water, and the night's rain storm had made its way in and soaked the table and the floor...and destroyed my new phone with it. I was not amused.

Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Seaside Glass Villa. Die Sonnenaufgänge waren ein Traum. Check-In verlief ohne Probleme. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Glass Villa war sauber. Gerne noch 2-3 Grad wärmer.

Kiva paikka

Perus siistiä, kivat maisemat ja hyvä aamupala. Ilmastointi hurisi niin, että oli pakko yöksi laittaa pois päältä. Lämmintä vettä rajatusti käytössä, mutta ihan riittävästi. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja oikein asiallista. Jatkossakin tullaan välipysähdykselle taatusti!

Bitte mal renovieren

Eigentlich eine tolle Sache mit den Unterkünften, aber es müsste mal ein wenig Geld in die Renovierung der Unterkünfte gesteckt werden, Fußböden und außen an Fassade / Türen, da gibt es schon Schäden die nicht zu übersehen sind. Das passt nicht zum bezahlten Preis. Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und gut.

Lite originellt, ville testa detta. Bekvämt rum. Utan TV men wifi fungerade bra. Rummet är en liten barack på en stenslätt, ingen onödig insyn, snyggt placerat. Lite havsutsikt från rad 2 som jag hade. Utmärkt toalett.
