"Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. Basically the worst hotel i have ever seen. None of the pictures matched from what was shown on Expedia’s website. It was dirty, dusty, and borderline uninhabitable. I had to scramble last minute to book a different hotel which was very hard to find with it being last minute. Please don’t look at the pictures to decide on staying here. It is really really TERRIBLE!! Hopefully, i will get refund since I didn’t stay there."

"We checked around 1 PM and dropped our bags and immediately went looking for some food which was quite a distance from the hotel. Nothing close got back to the hotel around three and went back to the rooms and started looking around. the rooms were filthy We were a group of six room rooms and not one was clean. After looking at 5 other rooms I finally ended up getting two stripped and redone from the top down because the five they gave us to look at as alternatives were also very dirty. I wouldn’t stay here unless you were absolutely desperate not worth the money spent Send a letter to head office with Wyndham and got a lovely letter back apologizing for the inconvenience. Lol. And got a letter for management from the hotel itself, apologizing for the inconvenience. Blah blah blah. You’d think being a Wyndham hotel, the standards would be much higher than what we experienced I actually worked in hotels for 35 years and I have never experienced a hotel as dirty as this, especially under a respectable chain name like Wyndham Sad!!!!"
