My room was cleaned every day, and everyone was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. ❤️ I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it for three more nights, and they were kind enough to let me stay in the same room with my beautiful view. We asked them to do some of our laundry which was convenient, but it was expensive compared to doing it in a laundromat. The location is very good for seeing most of the sites in Rabat. It's quiet and close to places to buy meals. Our only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't as good as we would have liked. It was hot while we were in Rabat and that may have been at the root of the problem. The staff offered to let us move to another room, but by then we were settled where we were and we didn't think it would make much difference."

"I was on a two week tour of Morocco and stayed one night at the Urban Hotel in Kenitra while visiting a family friend. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout the stay. The only disappointing part was the breakfast. We were hoping for a more traditional Moroccan breakfast, but instead it was more of a standard continental buffet you would find in many hotels around the world. They did serve Moroccan tea and there were a couple of cold msemen, which was a nice touch. The breakfast itself was good, just not quite the authentic Moroccan experience we were expecting. I imagine the hotel is mainly catering towards business travellers. But all in all it was a very nice stay"
