"My room was not ready past 4:00. I didn't get my room till 4:15 the restaurant Jacks was horrible horrible service they have you standing at the door for a long time no smiling very robotic and the food was not great at Jack's sorry I don't like to give bad reviews but I don't think your stuff's very friendly maybe smiling a little bit more might help"

"They accommodated us at the last minute. Despite the hotel being full and the evening front staff being run off her feet, she was unfailingly cheerful with everyone. Very professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel gym, pool, hot tub were not in service. Was not notified prior to check in that these amenities were not available. Would NOT have booked here if I would have known. Stayed for 3 nights. Not sure if this is standard, but the first night was more than double in price compared to the other two nights (I'm sure to keep guests from not leaving and booking elsewhere). Would have cost more money to stay elsewhere. Very disappointed as it was a necessity to have...

"Super friendly staff and well located to use the local Metrobus system. Pub food is ok for a couple of days but we really missed our daily veggies and fruits so we just went to other restaurants close by. The room cleaning staff forgot to change our wet towels 2 or 3 times but we could easily resolve this directly with the receptionist. Thanks again for everything."
