Lovely Inn within walking distance to the center of Kennebunkport. The inn keeper made sure you had everything you needed from delicious breakfasts to fresh cookies in the afternoon. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Harbor Inn. Mike was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. It was in easy walking distance to all of the shopping and activities we wanted to do.

We Saved The Best for Last
The owners have done a great deal to make your stay great. We had a nice experience. I would definitely recommend it! This was our last place to stay on an 8 day travel experience all through New England. I would say we saved the best for last!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Harbour Inn. The owner Mike made us very welcome from the moment that we arrived. Some aspects of the property, particularly the bathrooms, need updating, but we appreciate that this is an ongoing project.

The Harbor Inn was a beautiful, quaint bed and breakfast. Close enough to walk to downtown shopping and dining but far enough for quiet porch time! Mike was a super host - thinking of everything for a perfect stay and making great recommendations. Absolutely will return next time we’re in Kennebunkport!

The host Mike was great and kind. He took the time to make us comfortable and welcome. We were there to run a half marathon and he filled a cooler with ice and waters for us. So sweet. The property is beautiful, it is an old house, so expect creaky floors and no central air. I do believe the price is a bit high but it is Kennebunk in summer.

Our stay at the Harbor Inn was fantastic! Beautiful home and great location. Communication with the our host was excellent and they went out of their way to meet our needs. Our stay was topped off by a very yummy breakfast!

Great location and comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean, but had nowhere to set anything on. Had only tub with shower nozzle (no curtain, etc. to a take a shower) and no place to set shampoo soap or towel. Antique front door was cool looking, but very hard to open. All 3 in our party could not open the door from the inside and felt a bit trapped inside. Also ripped finger open trying to get door open.

Property is in need of a major facelift. Should have been painted twenty years ago. Screen door totally ripped. Check in is between 3:00-6:00 pm. We arrived at 5:30 to see a note that Bill could be reached on his phone. We called and texted the number on the note and no response. Finally tried the toll free number and he picked up. Room is tiny, no shelves or counter tops, carpet was stained, no tissues in the room, no tv. Only option for breakfast was French toast and bacon so we went to a restaurant. The picture bears no resemblance to the actual property. Major rip off for the price.

Prince Albert, Thanks for posting such a constructively helpful review. First, should I remind you what we all suffered through last year??? I'm guessing its not worth explaining much to you if you felt the need to write such a review. You missed out on probably the best French Toast and bacon you would've ever had in your life and missed out on meeting me and talking to me to understand where I am coming from and what the Inn means to my family. Speaking of Family, I have spent all summer away from my family running the inn. My choice, yes. Also my choice was to go home and spend some time with them yesterday. When you called I had my phone on silent as my daughter and I were spending some time after her homework was finished to walk her pony. My apologies for not getting to you right away. the 2" rip in the screen door does not signify "totally ripped". Your room has a nightstand, a table between 2 chairs, and an armoire plus a small shelf above the sink. So your use of "no" is what the cool kids are calling "fake news". After a full season yes, there might be a stain on a carpet, albeit small, but yes still a stain. Toilet paper is another form of Tissue, am I right? You could have also asked for tissues as I don't leave boxes in the room anymore due to COVID and folks not using an entire box during their stay would be very wasteful. Yes, no TV in the room. imagine going somewhere and not having access to a television while on vacation. You were forced to spend quality time with your partner at night. For those that do need to stay up to date on what's going on in the world or the latest episode of Below Deck Mediterranean (just as guilty as you), there is a TV in the bistro room next to the living room. The pictures online actually look worse than what you get in reality in my opinion. So your opinion of my home being a "major rip off for the price" is exactly that, your opinion. I feel sorry for you that your standards are at a point where you feel instead of speaking to me in person about your unsatisfactory experience you decided to take to the ease of attack by way of the keyboard. It was a very nice B&B, walkable to town. On main road but quiet. House reminded me of the one I grew up in. Bill and his mom, Ginger were so nice. Breakfast (made by Bill) was wonderful. Will stay there again when visiting Kennebunkport.

Nice property conveniently located a 10 min walk from downtown. We enjoyed our one night stay but would not stay here again. Mostly due to the inadequate bathroom and shower. Our third floor room had no shower, only a hand held shower head on a hose connected to a bathtub faucet with inconsistent water temperature. It was very difficult to get in and out of bathtub. I would not recommend our room to an older couple who may struggle with mobility. My wife and I stayed in one room and our teen daughter stayed in an adjacent room connected by the bathroom. There was a mini fridge in my daughter’s room big enough to hold a few cans of soda, adequate WiFi but only two pillows per bed, and one roll of toilet paper provided upon arrival. I had to go looking for another roll in the middle of the night! I found one in a basket located in the stairwell one floor below!

This was my first B&B experience. Bill was an awesome host. He made us a delicious breakfast straight from the farm! It was nice being able to sit and talk with Bill and the other guests during our stay. We were able to easily walk or bike (bikes included!) into town too which is a huge plus. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Bill was a super host. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and breakfast was very good! It was in a great location to walk around the town. The Inn had a large front porch to sit on and watch the people walk by. I would highly recommend staying here.
