"Amazing place to stay. Great value for money. Breakfast in the mornings always lovely. Food menu is fantastic would highly recommend the fish and chips and Sunday Dinner. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Ian the owner is very polite and welcoming. Myself and my partner will see you again soon. "
"Felt very much a home from home. Everything you need is there together with a lovely garden to relax in after a day out. In a small village with 2 pubs and a convenience store which is also a great location for exploring southern Cornwall."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent cooked to order full English breakfast with a variety of coffee, tea, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereal bars to name a few. Very friendly staff. Bus stop for either direction only a few meters away."
"The room was absolutely amazing - large and looking over the ocean to St Michael’s Island. The staff was very accommodating and kind and made us feel like home. This will be the “go to” hotel/B&B in the future."
"Arrival was very good, receptionist helpful and knowledgeable when asked for location of places in Marazion. A double room implies it's for two people but there was only one chair in the room (Lamorna) there was only one mug in the bathroom. We returned late on our last evening to find the bed had not been made, neither the bedroom nor the bathroom had been cleaned or tidied. The restaurant menu seemed over keen on food with chilli or curry flavourings and waiters and waitresses, although pleasant were dressed in jeans and t-shirts, which was off-putting and not welcomimg."

"The property is in a good location. It is quiet and safe. The beds were comfy. I slept well. The internet was good. The TV worked. But when we arrived the bathroom and kitchen sinks were not as clean as I would have wanted them to be. I found some cleaning fluid and wiped them down. I also had to clean the dish drainer and inside of the washing up bowl. I didn’t clean the outside of the washing up bowl, but it needs to be done. Various kitchen utensils were also grubby. The piece of “crud” on the toaster it still there. The damp in the main bedroom may be back. The whole place would benefit from a thorough spring clean. "
