"First, go to a different hotel. There are better options 10-20 minutes in either direction on I-80. We did not end up staying at this location. The place is very run down even stepping in to the front lobby. The lobby area smelled like smoke. Probably didn't help that the front desk staff had been smoking at the front door. There is no way I would have eaten their breakfast there. It would have all tasted like smoke. Horrible setup. The front door itself is a potential fire hazard. This place desperately needs to be update. I went to access my room and the hall was probably the cleanest part of the hotel. The room had all kinds of stuff on the floor. If it was vacuumed they need to replace their vacuum. The one bed appeared to have had someone in it. There were brown finger type smudges on the wall by the night stand-I can't imagine what that would be have. Any complaint probably would not have yielded any better room. It was just an all around not good experience. Basic cleanliness seems to have disappeared. Live however you want in your home, but this is a business and should have higher standards. Especially when you are providing a service to guests. It really is not rocket science to make sure things are clean."

"Paid for king size bed but placed in queen size room. Had to turn in original key and move to a different room. No ice machine on our third floor. New room was clean and had large bathroom and shower. Breakfast was horrible. Ate oatmeal. Fruit was old. "

"I don’t usually say anything unless I am very unsatisfied. This property is very run down and not clean. The towels had stains on them. Absolutely nasty. They need all new towels. The wall paper was falling off in my room. It looked as if the wall had water damage from top to bottom. I will never stay here again. "
