The Baymont in Kennewick was the best stay on our 2,500 road trip from Oregon to Wyoming and back. The room was perfect, the wi-fi is fast and check-in is easy and friendly. The pool and hot tub were sparkly clean and relaxing after a long day's drive. Highly recommended.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. Pool was nice and big but dirty, breakfast was normal, room smelled awful, sink faucet was broken, office chair was broken, one small garbage can for entire room, microwave smelled gross.

Our family loved the staff! Paulina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and everyone was so pleasant. I appreciated the pool being open until 12 pm to allow enough time to swim and use the hot tube after a very long day. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

The room was clean, staff was great, pool was clean. Only “complaint” is there are 3 floors and no elevator, so only the main floor could use luggage carts. We were on the lower floor and weren’t able to use it.

The good: great location- walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping. Great staff- very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. One area in need of improvement: the pool has no restroom, and allows kids at all hours. The hot tub and sauna were filled with loud, splashing under 10's with parents looking on. Not sure if the hotel can regulate the hours better but "no kids 10 and under after 8 or 9" may be better. And who knows- that may have just been our experience. Overall good hotel. I'd stay again.

The room was clean, the bed smelled like fresh clean laundry. It was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The breakfast was decent and had several options. Overall a great couple of nights. The only complaint I would have to say is that it was not very sound proof because we heard the couple in the room next to ours at around 3 am.
