"My husband stayed there two weeks for work. He was told they didn't clean rooms he would have to do that himself neither did they give fresh towels or linen he would have to launder them himself. There was an inch and a half gap under the outside door when he got there that didn't get fixed until shortly before he left. Parking was terrible. Many of the tenants would take two spaces because they didn't want their vehicles scratched so if you didn't get there early there would be no where to park"
"Dingy. Dingy. Dingy. Basically no amenities. Small fitness room that stunk. Actually, the entire facility smelled musty. There is a coffee machine in the lobby with dispensers of powdered creamer and granulated sugar, small Styrofoam cups with no lids. The Coffee machine was empty the first three days we were there. When I told the front desk clerk, she said oh, I’m sorry. But didn’t fill it. We commented on it again the next day to the front desk. She was kind enough to go over and shake the dispenser. . However, there was only enough for one cup and it was disgusting. in room coffee consists of a 4 cup automatic drip and you get one small filter of regular coffee and one small decaf, coffee, a creamer and sugar. None of that was replenished after day one..
There’s a restaurant/lounge in the lobby. But doesn’t open until 4 o’clock and it’s closed on Sundays.
The train goes by at least once a night.
The beds were pretty comfortable. I will give it that."
"They are in the middle of remodeling the property. The check in area had dangerous tile spacers all over the freshly tiled floor. A big tripping hazard. They couldn’t find the luggage cart so staff had to help carry my gear. The hall outside my room had extreme construction debris on the floor. The ceiling tiles were mostly askew or missing. The room itself was very clean and freshly remodeled but the toilet seat was loose. This property is very close to I94 so I don’t recommend for light sleepers. The breakfast was decent. I wish I would’ve known about the remodel so I could’ve booked another site. "
"Unloved and below Comfort Inn standards. This property is poorly maintained, with junk and liter everywhere and is worn out. Management clearly does not care and prioritizes profit while providing the least possible amount of service. This was the highest cost property we stayed in on our cross country journey with the least value of any economy stay."
