"The staff were so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help. The food was good- my kids weren’t fans but they are so picky!! lol The room was clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the maintenance for our room. The TV didn’t work, the blind was broken, the lock on the door didn’t work AT ALL, and the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was about 2 inch- you can see under it very very easily. Maintenance clearly knew about the blind because he stopped my husband in the hallway saying he will be in to fix the blind in about 30 mins if that worked for us and while my husband had his attention he thought to mention the tv and the lock. Well when we got back that night nothing was fixed. Well didn’t mention the gap because that’s not something they could fix quickly but I just feel like that is something they have already fixed when hanging the door. We made it work (my anxious self came up with a way to keep the door secured) I want to be very clear… NO ONE attempted to break into our room or invade our privacy. We felt safe just wished those things were corrected. So yes, we would recommend!"

"This property was clean, well-maintained, nice size rooms, I liked how they were setup with the bathroom kinda in the center of the room. Breakfast were enjoyable plenty options to choose from. Located away from heavy traffic but close to everything. Minutes from the base and airport. Very enjoyable stay for me and my family."

"My check-in experience at Hampton Inn was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel itself is older, but it is still well-maintained, and I felt comfortable both inside the hotel and in the parking lot. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. While it appeared to have been wiped down, it did not seem thoroughly cleaned. There was a significant amount of hair in the shower, dirt on the floor, a stain on the comforter, a dirty mirror, and the bathroom vent cover was noticeably filthy. The swimming pool was average and served its purpose, but nothing particularly stood out about it. Overall, the staff and sense of comfort were positives, but the housekeeping standards need improvement."
