My daughter, small dog, and I checked out immediately after looking at the room when we checked in at 11pm, even though we had no place to go. Felt completely unsafe, very disgusting experience. The only positive was the clerk who was very nice."

"Room numbers in the hall we were in have been removed and replaced with tape marked with the number (? For renovation purposes) which are very difficult to read so we had a hard time finding our room. We were right next to the side entrance of the building so we were kept awake by that door opening and shutting loudly throughout the night. Room was very clean, nice hot shower, and the gentleman that checked me in was very polite"

"Building is in need of a face-lift. Carpets inside rooms,lobbies, stairs, etc...are absolutely disgustingly stained and dirty. Great pool and late check out is until 1pm"
