"We love that there is a park across the street. We can take our small dog there. The staff are always friendly. We stay there often as we travel south for medical appointments. A microwave oven would be nice. The fridge froze our food :("

"Great overall. Second visit here. First visit was perfect, second visit - there’s no flip flops available. Kind of at a shock as they had it when I first visited them. They said it’s out of stock, did not expect them to run out of slippers at a lodge. Great experience overall though"

"Beautiful location on the water. Views from the cabin are lovely, nothing but water. Some maintenance issues with the unit. Could use an extra set of sheets, blankets, etc. Expensive for what's provided especially in winter when there are limited things to do. There was a bad windstorm our last night. Power went out and shortly after no running water. There were emergency flashlights but neither worked. Only found one extra blanket in the closet so made for a very cold night with no heat or water. Should have some kind of back up lights, generator for the heater, or something. Left first thing the next morning unable to shower or clean up. "

"We check in late around 9pm with 2 kids apparently there were blackout the time and the facility don't have generator It would be great experience when it comed to service and staff just the facility lackness and you know the area where it is located were known to have the blackout when it is windy. We had to sleep in cold. "
