"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. "The hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilities"

"Pool was not in service. Wonderful wildlife experience. On site right in front our room, we have seen; monkeys, zebras, wildebeest, hyppo, birds! Rooms are quite bigs. Hot shower nice and food is a buffet (that would have been nice to have a la carte diner). Excellent experience overall, i highly recommend. "
