Really nice and quiet place with comfortable beds and clean pool! The lady in charge was a sweetheart! The only downside was that we couldn't get anything to eat at the hotell, apart from breakfast.

Hôtel paradis bleu à kep.Situé au milieu de nulle part,calme, personnel pas très compétent à notre arrivée. Pour une chambre de luxe vendue par Expedia vue sur la mer, on s'est retrouvé avec une chambre standard ,la vue sur le derrière de l'hôtel. Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs fois pour obtenir la bouilloire, les produits de toilette. Pas ou un peu de wifi dans les chambres, très faible à la réception. Resté plusieurs jours, il a fallu réclamer pour que la chambre soit faite tous les jours. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct. Points positifs: la gentillesse de la propriétaire et la piscine agréable et propre. Pas de restauration sur place, pour séjourner dans cet hôtel il faut absolument un moyen de locomotion. Plage et bus à 3 km.

No way, owner is rude and yelled at my husband!!!

The owner is rude. She claimed she didn't have our reservation and that hotels.com didn't pay her. She yelled at my husband for booking a room with 3 adults and 2 children. She wanted charge us to book 2 separate rooms without honoring our already paid for and GURANTEED reservation. We booked another room at a different hotel in front of her in her lobby and then all of a sudden she miraculously found our paid and guranteed reservation. She begged us to stay, but #1 we had just booked and paid for another hotel and #2 she was rude, aggressive, mean and outright lied to us. We would never stay there...I'd rather have slept outside with rats than stay in her hotel!!!

L' hotel é abbastanza vicino all' imbarcadero per l'isola ma lontano dalla spiaggia principale e dalla zona ristoranti per cui é consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose ma mancano di appoggi per i bagagli. La prima camera mostrava una pulizia sommaria con tracce in bagno dei precedenti ospiti , asciugamani macchiati ed il condizionatore , probalimente , con il filtro sporco mandava aria irritante per naso e gola ; con l'upgrade ad altra camera la situazione ě migliorata. Ottima la piscina con lettini prendisole ed ombrelloni. Colazione con scelta modesta

Great stay

This hotel is situated in a very quiet area and perfect if you want to relax by the clean and huge pool, have a cycle around the countryside or take a tuk tuk to kep town/kep market (approx. approx 3 to 4 km). Fantastic customer service from Vouter (i know spelling probably not right) and Mrs Maria. Room and shower nice but some problems with water pressure. We were on third floor and had beautiful sea and pool view. Wifi soso at first but after a re-set was quick and ok! Breakfast ok but the 4 very small pancakes instead of the egg option for breakfast is too small. You can book your motorbike here and your onward travel. captain Chim, and Kep Coffee are close and are both places that provide you with great food and drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and extended by 2 nights. thanks for your service
