"We have travelled all over the world but our stay at the UDAY was superb, the staff went beyond our expectations We would definitely be coming back in the very near future I would like to have a special mention to the Manager's for the catering, Prasants, Soumitra also a special thanks to Blesson also a Nijin, Jyothy and sindhu All the staff who made our family stay a very enjoyable one Must not forget our room attendant Adarsh And all the staff are a credit to the Hotel Cheryl, Scott and Carlton Johnson "

"Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude. "

"Clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful hotel with great decoration.The Indian restaurant was amazing with impeccable service. Beautiful swimming pool, conveniently located especially when you have a car. Everything is close by. Not easy for walking around the hotel though (no sidewalks and too much traffic). Beautiful sunset spot! I'll recommend it."
