"We booked a bright room with windows based on advertised photos but were placed in Unit 4A—a dark, ground-floor corner room with zero natural ventilation. While every adjacent unit had proper windows and active exhaust fans, our room lacked basic livability and safety standards. Management needs to understand that you simply do not put a family in a room like this. The air was so stale and musty that we had to run a dehumidifier constantly and leave our main entrance door wide open just to...

"A very beautiful and well kept mini hotel! It security and a beautiful view. My one recommendation to travellers is to be comfortable with driving on steep driveways."

"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"An Excellent Hotel at the center of Iraklion
Staff is professional & kind so as welcoming
Breakfast is wow !!!
Pool is very nice at the 6th floor
I’m recommending this hotel for a perfect experience!"
"Perched right between two stunning beaches, this resort delivered an unforgettable getaway for our whole family. Keeping a teenager and a young adult thoroughly entertained is no small feat, but the animation team absolutely smashed it! From high-octane water polo and pool volleyball matches to competitive stage darts, the daytime energy was electric. Evenings were just as lively, packed with discos, karaoke, dance events, and an incredible Cretan cultural dance night that was easily the highlight of the week. If you venture off-site, the watersports are a must, especially the Crazy Sofa for pure adrenaline!
The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming from start to finish. The food was consistently delicious with a wide selection, capped off by fantastic desserts and cakes. Plant-based milk options for morning coffees and great drinks at both the restaurant and pool bar were a big plus. Clearer dietary and allergen labeling, especially on the central buffet islands, would make the dining experience even smoother.
Our family suite was wonderfully spacious, impeccably maintained, and treated to fresh towels and great toiletries throughout our stay. Waking up to the gorgeous, sweeping view over Mononaftis beach never got old.
As our first-ever all-inclusive experience, it set a high bar. We would return in a heartbeat to recharge and unwind!"
"A beautifully maintained resort with great amenities, though room logistics could be smoother.
Overall, the resort was beautiful and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Most of the staff were helpful and welcoming, though a few felt slightly distant—perhaps due to a language barrier, as I do not speak Greek.
Our stay had a rocky start when our reserved room wasn't available on the first night. I was placed in a bungalow and told it was an upgrade. However, once I moved into my actual reversed room the next day, I realized the reserved room was significantly better. It was modern, upgraded, and featured a wonderful view, whereas the bungalow's (room 654) view was largely blocked by a large tree. Additionally, the bathroom sink water had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my entire stay.
The dining experience was typical for a resort—a mix of great, average, and mediocre options. My friends and I dined at the main buffet and the Italian restaurant, enjoying both. They offered a wide variety of choices, and the bread, crepes, lamb, and drinks were personal highlights.
The pool & beach areas were kept spotless, with attentive staff ensuring guests were comfortable. A special shoutout goes to the spa team, especially Erika and her colleague, who were incredibly friendly and kind while booking guests around the property.
Tip: The bungalow featured an international converter outlet that should added to all rooms."
