"The hotel was being painted restaurant was closed due renovations. No hotel parking. Smelt like paint everywhere. To be charged the rate was ridiculous. Never will stay again. "

"The Best Western Plus in Osoyoos was ideal for the one week stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of variety and very good quality. Staff was helpful. The room was great - lots of space, great sleeping quarters, full kitchen was very much appreciated."

"Called ahead of time and was informed that the hot tub was up and running and when we got there it was not and definitely not open. Disappointed as that was the reason we booked the hotel. Found another hotel that met what we were looking for. "
