"Overcrowded and noisy hotel. It's not peaceful place. Breakfast is just ok. Hotel plays music till 11 and even if you want to sleep in your room music won't be stopped. MLM group events happen everyday and staff is unable to handle them. These Groups stay in hotel for one day and next morning they start there team building exercises@5:30 am. You can hear it all while you are in your room.
Bad hotel to stay for peaceful or relaxation holidays.

We booked this hotel from hotels.com and it said that it is booked and the amount you need to pay at hotel when you check in...when we arrived at the hotel, the manager said you have not paid the advance booking amount and now we are out of rooms. They said that email is sent to you for the same but they have not sent any such email. Worst expirience..

"Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins.
I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry.....
Booked a taxi through them which arrived early.
Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town."

"I really don't like to give poor reviews, but when I saw baby roaches on the receptionist's desk and not even an acknowledgement by the staff, I was startled. The women working the desk were kind enough, but the place is so awful smelling and cheap-- the room had busted up tiles and ground-down rugs by the bed. I seriously didn't want my feet to touch those rugs. The grouting was moldy. The room smelt like vindaloo and old lady's powder. I couldn't stay for the two nights I paid for. I found a place nearby that charged 2,000 rs a night for a simple but clean room with no odor and no bugs and a pleasant staff. For now, at least, look elsewhere. This place needs a serious investment from its owners, but nobody should be paying them to do it (since they haven't--clearly.) "
