Great staff and wonderful location and venue

Awesome place, very boutique, very stylish and quiet. The staff is the best. Breakfast is great as well.

Great location, room is nice. Service was great. Minus point, we had the penthouse and only one room had a side table to put your items. And no charges around the bed for charging your phone. Other than that, “It’s A Great place to recommend.

Clean environment and very friendly customer service staff.

Gatot, Nina and their team were lovely. 2nd time at this hotel and with all the options many new springing up in Bali every few months, we still chose to return and were not disappointed. Trans has some of the best in the hotel management industry and we really appreciate the fact that they constantly try to maintain or improve the standard. Hotel is especially great for families with kids. Ayu from the spa was fantastic, spa villa is nicely appointed. The hotel breakfast could do with...

Great Spa and Fitness facilities

Every staff member is so friendly and welcoming!

Overall, the hotel met our expectation. Hotel airport transfer was done smoothly. Staff in the villa were all so pleasant, caring and helpful. Room is comfortable (you can practically stay in the villa and R&R). It was very pleasant with the pool just outside the room and kitchen. Bathroom is nice as it separates the WC from the shower and bath area. Breakfast was pleasant. Highly recommended for couple, family, and group of friends.

The service was impeccable.

Great stay at Aloft

Amazing... This villa is just amazing... Enjoyed my time staying here and was truly blown away by the amazing villa. The location is fabulous as its walking distance to Seminyak Square. And the hotel is also Grab / Uber friendly. So you can call for Grab / Uber and they will pick you up there. There are some hotels n villas there who are hostile to Grab / Uber so be careful. So being able to go around Bali in Grab is very convenient and cheap. Example, taking Grab from the villa to Kuta was...

Staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean, modern and very well located. Great choice for that price range.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and quiet.

This place is perfect for honeymooners or those who want complete privacy during their stay. We rarely bump into any other guests during our stay, except during breakfast. Guests have the option to have the breakfast (set, not buffet) at their room’s cabana or at the restaurant. The villa is spacious, with plunge pool / swimming pool, cabana and sun decks in the outdoor area. Bathtub, his and hers vanity area and separate toilet and shower are in the room. Each villa has a discreet door or...
