Overall a good place. The water pressure in the shower was not the greatest. Other than that no complaints.

We stayed here for 5 days. Day 1 zero milk for their breakfast, we asked to get more and the young man at the front desk said he can’t help, I asked to please have some for tomorrow. Next day comes, no milk, no butter and no juice. What kind of company can’t stock their own breakfast? He excuse was, “we provide this for free and you should be happy we have anything out there.” I offered to go buy milk to which he stated well we can’t refund you the expense. I was so frustrated I went and bought milk, juice and butter so our kids could actually eat the next two days. It used to be that the Cobblestone group was a nice set of hotels without elevators, but now it is filled with staff who are rude and won’t even help you. It takes a special kind of person who doesn’t care to see two kids and have cereal out there with no way to eat it but dry, or bread with no butter…or no juice…and make no attempt to right any of it. Very disappointed with how this chain is going down hill.

Love this comforting and clean inn. We will be here for over a week because it is so nice to come back to each day. We are here because our sister died five days ago and we are providing support for her children as well as being supported by them. This “shelter from the sadness” has just been perfect. They provide upscale products, crisp clean sheets, a comfortable lounge, and most of all quiet rest. The grounds are lovely and well kept too!

Reservation was a mess, incorrect, staff was rude. One room with one bed and a second room with 2 beds were booked and paid for in April. I could not get confirmation numbers. When we arrived, she had 2 beds for 3 adults then she wanted $379.00 for a third bed. Just a mess all the way around. Finally settled for the original reservation. I will never stop there again!

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is great if you're traveling with a dog. There is a nice grassy spot outside the backddoor and lots of open space around the parking area to bleed off some of your dog's energy.
